About
Hi, I'm Lungi.
I'm a Forbes 30 Under 30 chef, recipe developer, food consultant and content creator with a passion for creating food people genuinely get excited about.
My career began with Treats Club, the bakery I founded from a London market stall. What started as a small side hustle quickly grew into one of the UK's most talked about dessert brands, teaching me not only how to create products people love, but how to build a brand around them.
Since then, my career has taken me far beyond the bakery.
I've led menu development for hospitality brands, created products for global companies, consulted on food innovation, and built an online community of hundreds of thousands of people who come to me for bold, flavour-led recipes. Today, I work with brands including Netflix, Amazon, Blank Street Coffee, Nike, Google, Marvel, Warner Bros. and Callebaut, helping them develop products, campaigns and experiences that feel fresh, relevant and commercially impactful.
What makes my approach different is that I understand food from every angle.
I've been the founder balancing margins and operations. I've been the chef obsessing over flavour. I've been the consultant solving business challenges. And now, as a full-time creator, I understand exactly what captures attention in today's digital world.
Whether I'm developing a new product, forecasting the next big flavour trend, creating social-first content or bringing a brand to life through an immersive bakery pop-up, my goal is always the same:
